If you’ve ever spent a summer day popping bull kelp bubbles and watching the seaweed dance in the surf, you know that coastal chaos can be mesmerizing. This shade is that memory for me, a little wild, a little weird, and a lot of fun.

Care Instructions
Start with our sticky base coat, apply LOUD polish in two coats and finish with our quick-dry top coat. Don't forget to cap the tips. Be sure to roll, not shake, the polish to avoid air bubbles.
