Refund policy
Because LOUD polishes are handmade, small-batch, and often made to order, all sales are final.
That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@loudbabbs.com within 7 days of delivery with:
-Your order number
-Photos of the issue and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Custom and Create Your Own Orders
Custom and Create Your Own nail polishes are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once mixed.
If there is an issue with a custom order due to an error on our end, we will work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, LOUD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your shipping address and delivery location at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or mixed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved resolutions are issued as replacements or store credit only.
