Inspired by one of her fav 90's grunge polishes.
Cassi's Description: When i tell you this one was a CHALLENGE!! the base is pretty much spot on the hex color she provided, but capturing it on camera was near impossible. Definitely above my skill set. It has liquid holo, holo glitters, and white shimmer throughout. While making it was tough, she did order it as a complication, so I was able to text back and forth pics and such to make sure we got it JUST RIGHT.
