This formula is different than LOUD Lacquers. It is a neon, which means it is black light reflective, and also 9 free. It is also a pastel with added fun, and tend to run a little thicker to achieve the pizazz. Best in two coats with a top coat. She's a beaut, trust!

Care Instructions
Start with our sticky base coat, apply LOUD polish in two coats and finish with our quick-dry top coat. Don't forget to cap the tips. Be sure to roll, not shake, the polish to avoid air bubbles.
