Create Your Own (Complicated) Customs

-Will involve communication and preview photos or video
-Are the only custom type that includes approvals or feedback before shipping
-Require availability during the mixing window

If no schedule is provided, it is assumed that any time within the next four business days is acceptable.

-No previews, revisions, approvals, or advance communication are offered for any custom type other than Complications.

Vibes Only customs are mystery polishes. This option is all about trusting the process.

With a Vibes Only custom, you may:

-Upload inspiration photos

-Tell me things you love or hate (for example: no holos, no chunky glitter)

-Share general vibes, themes, aesthetics, or feelings

With a Vibes Only custom, you may not:

-Request a specific color

-Request specific ingredients

-Ask for a dupe of an existing polish from another brand

-Approve, preview, or revise the polish

-Request changes once it’s made

You are commissioning a surprise polish, created based on your stated likes, dislikes, and overall vibe. You get what you get, and that’s the point.

There are no previews, approvals, revisions, or remakes for Vibes Only customs. If you are someone who needs control over the outcome, this option is not for you.

Think of it like a blind bag. You don’t complain when you pull a repeat from your favorite mystery drop. This is about fun, creativity, and trusting the vibe.

By placing a Vibes Only custom order, you acknowledge that:

-The final polish is a surprise

-The result is subjective

-No changes or complaints will be accepted

Complicated customs are mixed fresh and cannot be left un-bottled for extended periods. Preview photos or videos are sent during the scheduled mixing window using the contact information provided at checkout.

If feedback is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the polish will be bottled and shipped as-is to prevent product waste and delays for other orders.

Custom orders cannot be held indefinitely waiting for responses. Once bottled and shipped, changes cannot be made to that order.

Once a custom polish has shipped, it cannot be revised or altered.

If you receive your polish and are unhappy with the final result, please reach out. While exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of the process, I will always do my best to help.

Occasionally, if extra polish is mixed or a custom turns out especially well, it may be featured in the Babbs Lounge collection and made available for purchase by other customers.

If your custom is featured:

-Any linked social media accounts will be tagged when possible
-The polish name and inspiration may be shared

By placing a Create Your Own order, you acknowledge and agree to this possibility.

Every effort is made to represent colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings vary and nail polish is a physical medium, not a digital one.

Exact Pantone or hex code matches cannot be guaranteed. Some colors shown in inspiration photos or color pickers are not achievable in nail polish form. Finished shades may vary slightly, which is part of the handmade process.

Ingredients & Ethics

All hand-mixed products are:

-Cruelty free
-Vegan
-21 free

As each polish is hand mixed, orders may take 5–7 business days to process before shipment during busy periods or sales.

Communication Requirements (Complications Only)

Complicated customs require access to a personal device capable of two-way text messaging. Customers are responsible for responding in a timely manner so the process can move forward. LOUD reserves the right to conclude communication once reasonable effort has been made.

Create Your Own services are not available to children under thirteen. Customers under eighteen must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Prohibited Content

Requests that include unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be accepted. LOUD reserves the right to refuse or modify such requests.
