There appeared to be nothing in the bottle at all, save the clear liquid within, so perfectly transparent as to invite suspicion. Yet when darkness fell, the deception ended, and an eerie blue glow revealed what daylight had kept unseen.

Care Instructions

Start with our sticky base coat, apply LOUD polish in two coats and finish with our quick-dry top coat. Don't forget to cap the tips. Be sure to roll, not shake, the polish to avoid air bubbles.
