Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Orders can be changed or canceled within30 minutes of placing your order. After that window, orders cannot be modified or canceled, as many items are handmade or mixed to order. Please double check your cart, shipping address, and details before completing checkout.
My discount code disappeared or isn’t working.
No stress. Reach out via the site chat or email us athello@loudbabbs.comand we’ll take a look.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us withinseven days of deliverywith photos of the issue and we’ll make it right. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
Where can I buy LOUD?
LOUD is available right here on loudbabbs.com and occasionally at in person events or through select retailers.
Shipping
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Processing times vary. Most orders ship within a few business days, but shipping may take longer during launches, sales, or for custom orders. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75, as of February 2026.
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. Please allow up to three business days for arrival. If your package still hasn’t arrived after that time, contact us and we will help troubleshoot where possible.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping locations and rates are shown at checkout.
What about international orders that go missing?
International orders can be tracked, but once a package leaves the United States, carriers do not allow us to file search requests or claims if it is lost in transit. Because of this limitation, LOUD cannot replace or refund international orders that are lost after departing the U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. Rates are calculated at checkout so you can choose the option that works best for you.

How do Create Your Own polishes work?
Create Your Own polishes are hand mixed specifically for you. Because they are made to order, all Create Your Own purchases are final. Color matching is an art, not an exact science, and exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Full details are outlined on our Create Your Own Disclaimer page.
LOUD Babbs
What does LOUD stand for?
LOUD is designed to take up space. We create bold, handmade nail polish inspired by weird ideas, personal stories, and community. Self expression should be colorful, personal, and unapologetically creative.
What does Free AF mean?
Free AF means our polishes are free of toluene, formaldehyde, DBP, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene, parabens, animal derived ingredients, and gluten.
Hand mixed shades are 21 free.
Are your polishes cruelty free and vegan?
Yes. All LOUD polishes are cruelty free and vegan.
How does LOUD handle sustainability?
We keep it real and recyclable. Smaller orders ship in cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape. Larger orders may require poly mailers to keep everything safe, but our goal is to switch to recycled options as soon as possible. We are a small brand doing our best to make responsible choices where we can.
What are the ingredients in LOUD nail polish?
Ingredients vary by shade due to pigments and finishes. Afull ingredient list is available on each product pageunder the ingredients dropdown.
