Cassi's Description: This sheer juicy neon pink is even more jelly than hot sundae or kapowski. I used a juicy thicker base to give it a really glossy vibe and liquid neon pink with just a dash of neon orange pigments to get the color just perfect. It will not become opaque in 3 coats, it is meant to be super sheer and I looooove it.

Start with our sticky base coat, apply LOUD polish in two coats and finish with our quick-dry top coat. Don't forget to cap the tips. Be sure to roll, not shake, the polish to avoid air bubbles.
